This User Agreement, the User Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on our Website and App sets out the terms on which Karma Global Tech Management LLC offers you access to and use of the Website, App, and the content published on https://www.wechecked.ai/ ; and brands like ‘Karma’/ ‘WeChecked,’ ‘WeProcess’ and ‘Fulcrum." App/Apps (collectively “Platforms”);
This Website has been developed to provide Compliance, payroll management and other Human Resource management related services. You agree to comply with all the above when accessing or using our Website and App. Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before using the platforms. Karma Global Tech Management LLC (“Karma Global Tech Management LLC/KGTML” or “us” or “we”) is the developer and owner of the internet resource and operates the technology platforms at https://www.wechecked.ai/ and “Karma" App.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the User agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) between Karma Global Tech Management LLC and the User of https://www.wechecked.ai/ and Karma App. Your use of Platform would be accessible at https://www.wechecked.ai/ and Application available for download at Google Play store and Apple App Store. By using this Website owned, hosted or maintained by KGTML, you, the User, are deemed to have agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which is a legally binding agreement between you and KGTML. These Terms govern your use of the Website, for the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “user” or “customer” shall mean any natural or legal person who registers on the Website as a registered user or browses the Platforms. The following Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who visits www.karmaglobal.us and App and they govern the relationship between the Owner and you.
Karma Global Tech Management LLC is the owner of this site and Apps (hereinafter referred to as ‘KGTML’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’) and Karma is a registered trademark of ‘KGTML’. Karma Global Tech Management LLC offers a platform for compliance and governance, payroll management on https://www.wechecked.ai/ and mobile Apps.
WHEREAS, User(s) wish to access, use and avail services like compliance and governance, payroll management on the Platforms and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. "User" or "You" or "Your" refers to a natural person who has accepted this Agreement in order to use and download the App and Website.

    This Website has been developed to provide Compliance, payroll management and other Human Resource management related services.   3. USER REGISTRATION
    You may use the Website and Mobile Application without registration however, to participate in certain activities of the Website you may be requested to provide certain information or create an account with our Website or with any other third party permitted by the Website. In the event you wish to create an account with us or provide information you may do so by completing the registration process. You agree to

However, due to the nature of the internet and the available technology, this cannot be guaranteed.     We will review Your objections, and reserve the right to modify/retain our decision on any complaint against content shared on the App.
    Your report/objection to the content will be received and processed within reasonable time by Our Team, and We will respond to Your reports as soon as possible by taking down such violating content; or by modifying such content. Our Team’s assessment of the complaints relating to content shared on the App will be limited to whether such content is inappropriate/misleading/prohibited or violates these Terms or Our own internal policies and guidelines. Such a decision will be final and binding as regards content on the App. We do not undertake any legal analysis or judgement on the nature of reported content.

In the event that a resolution of the Dispute is not achieved within 30 (thirty) days from the date such Dispute arises, as notified in writing by any party to the other party.
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to pursue any action or claim against you in any court of competent jurisdiction which we believe is the most appropriate to seek any relief. The courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or matters arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    KGTML MAKES NO REPRESENTATION AS TO THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE WEBSITE MATERIALS. KGTML PERIODICALLY AMENDS, CHANGES, ADDS, DELETES, UPDATES OR ALTERS THE INFORMATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TERMS OF USE WITHOUT NOTICE.
